Are there midges/sand flies
I'm wanting to find out if there are midges/sand flies in Tanah Merah, I'm asking because I'm have a bad allergic reaction to there bites and I couldn't live in an area that had them, especially as I like to sit outside in the fresh air in the evenings.

Hi Kriston,
I don't believe there is a great deal of sand flies in the area however you will find mosquitoes like to come out in the evenings.
