I would consider coorparoo, norman park and camp hill as great suburbs and less stuck up then ashgrove,bardon, the gap and even newmarket- though the last mentioned suburb has a lot of character and not as yuppified. You will find a lot of blow ins all over se qld. I dont think there is any part of brisbane to avoid nowadays. Suburbs like clayfield,eagle farm, nundah, aspley, zillmere,virginia and chermside have a lot going for them and you can get on to highway to sunshine coast very easily. Geebung is a great investment suburb.
Hi Krissy, Ashgrove is a great family suburb and should definitely be on your list to visit whether buying or selling.
