I don't live in the area but i have families and friends who do live in the area and they love it. I've come to love it too and planning to purchase a property there.

"too far from everything"
I don't understand why its so expensive is just too far from everything...not convenient enough for a high price suburb...Cranbourne should be the place to be everything is at your doorstep

Cranbourne is also a logic place to live in .... you get what you pay for ...Crimeburn this word I heard from the ladies in the office...it doesn't represent anything.
If these is crime in carnbourne it will reach lyndhurst
Com'on AThompson no need to attack those who do not agree with u, if u know Lyndhurst is a beautiful place then thats great u got your message out but arguing continuesly about it will send out negative view about Lyndhurst and one of its resident...consider the fact that people don't always see things the way u do and others may have had a bad experience in the area...and just to let u know that its not my intention to offend anybody....PEACE!!
I respect that everyone has a right to comment, but as a resident I strongly disagree with what you say about Lyndhurst, as a resident I find it has a lot to offer, the neighbors are great, when we are out walking around the beautiful recreational areas people are very friendly we feel safe the child care centre we use is wonderful and our child loves to go there. I am confident that it would be almost impossible to rate the things you have rated by just paying a visit to the area like Neighborly Spirit, Internet Access, Cost of living, Pay TV just to mention a few????????????

Dharwinder where in Lyndhurst do u live, thinking of moving there ...is it really that good..
Cranbourne (Crimeburn), umm that says it all, I guess you do not like exclusive areas. I cannot understand why someone who does not live in the area can have such a strong opinion.
How on earth can traffic be busy it is an estate, not the Nepean or Gippi?
Could you also explain how Power, Water, Gas, Pay TV is average? Also in regards to the neighbours did you chat with any?
The only thing you have got correct is the resale value.
