"Concrete urban jungle"
Surrounded by busy arterial roads and directly in the flight path for a pilot training school featuring thousands of aircraft movements a day!
The incessant buzz of the aircraft can continue from dawn to 11pm as there is no curfew. Being overflown at low altitude every few minutes is seriously a sleep inhibitor. I would imagine that there are areas that are outside the flight path, so choose wisely when you buy. DON'T believe the real estate agent! Check it out for yourself by parking in the street with the car windows down.

I agree with jacquic. If you would have something better to say, you would include the neighbours, cleanness, quietness, safeness and all those other factors. Extremely unhelpful to anyone!
Seems to me people arent allowed to have honest negative opinions of Mawson Lakes on here without being shot down.
Not sorry guys. Wish Id read this review before moving into Tech Park in a beautiful lakeside property a year ago. You guys must be drinking the local water supply to think its so amazing.
The NBN sucks, its surrounded by arterial passages where people drag each other off all night. The footpaths around the lake are starting to sink from soakage. Theres nowhere near enough carpark (eg. Never have a big party because theres not enough parking for a 2+ household). Some days a plane passes LOW over my house every minute of the day up until 11pm! I am in a heavy metal band and the planes are wayyyy too loud for me to ignore! I wouldnt mind occasionally but its ALL DAY EVERY DAY NO EXAGGERATION!
The lake and my view is beautiful but nearly everything else sucks truly.
Oh and it doesnt even have its own Australia Post office! Ps. Dont shoot my comment down. This is my honest experience. I cant wait to leave.
