Lightwood Road

"a busy and noisy street"

the street is located very near to the train station but as a result the train noise at night is quite disrupting. In the morning, people use the street to drive their car to the train station. The houses/unit around the area are abit old as well.

"Very noisy area - train"

The street is located just across the train station and it becomes very noisy at night. I was about to buy a house in this area but I decide not to buy it because of that reason. Also, in the neighborhood watch newsletter, flinders street almost always has a case of burglary.

Browns Rd

"great place for student and proffessional"

Majority of people living on Browns rd are students and young proffesional. There have been some development around the area with new townhouses are being build. The place is very near to Monash Medical centre and not too far from Monash University Clayton. In the monring the road can become quite busy as people are going to work use browns rd to go to princess hwy. Sometime, it is also hard to get into browns rd from princess hwy because the traffic in the morning is very busy and congested.

This is a great place to live, especially for a university student or young professionals. i used to live here when i was at Uni. This area is just perfect, not as busy as the CBD, but really close to everything. You can get almost anything at anytime, and most importantly it has an easy transportation access.
