One of the Best to live near Melbourne CBD & another Preference to live in Melbourne!

Lots of Designer Brand Shops & Factory Outlets nearby in Carlton, Collingwood & in Brunswick. Lots of Cafes & Restaurants. Close proximity to IMAX Cinemas, Melbourne University, all Public Transport & the Melbourne Zoo & to all the Luxury Shopping Options at the Melbourne CBD (Melbourne Central, Bourke Street Mall, QV etc.).

A great suburb for Young Couples & Students.

  • All the Luxury Shopping in the Melbourne CBD
  • Nice Apartments

Another Preference for living in Melbourne! Great Schooling Options at the Ashburton & Solway Primary Schools, many Parks & Reserves, located 12km South-East & close to the Melbourne CBD, the Mighty Hawks at Glenferrie & close to Chadstone Shopping Centre. This is the one of the Best!

"Best Riverside Suburb!"

A Great Riverside Suburb that is close to everything!

The Schooling Options are great! There is Manning Primary School, Como Primary School, Curtin Primary School, Collier Primary School & Como Secondary College!

Very Close to Canning Bridge Train Station, Waterford Plaza, Garden City Shopping Centre, George Burnett Leisure Centre & Riverton Leisureplex!

Yet another good choice for me to live in Perth!

Great for

  • Perfect Schooling Options
  • Perfect Shopping Options
  • Very Close to Public Transport

Not great for

  • Not much Fast Food Options.

For the schooling options you have mentioned, people living in Salter Point would not be able to get into Como/Collier etc right? due to Salter Point falling outside of the catchment?

Bondi Junction is one of the best suburbs in Australia near the Beach!

A Nice Shopping Mall containing Myer, David Jones, a Nice Event Cinema (2x Vmax, 2x Gold Class & 7x Senstadium) & everything a Girl would need with over 499 National & International Designer & Luxury Retailers (Including Alannah Hill, Karen Millen, Coach, Chanel, Tiffany & Co., Gucci, Emporio Armarni, A|X Armarni Exchange, Arthur Galan, Zara, Gorman, David Lawrence, ck Calvin Klein, Calibre, Ralph Lauren, Apple, Sass & Bide, Veronika Maine, GUESS, Kookai, Arthur Galan AG, Zimmermann, SABA, Seduce, Seed, Seafolly, Georg Jensen, Hugo Boss, Jimmy Choo, Jigsaw, Mecca Cosmetica, MAC & More).

Nice Restaurants nearby such as the Fish & Chips, Burger & Chocolate Places.

At Bondi Junction, you can go to the Beach, have a Coffee, take a Swim or go to the markets as this is a recommended suburb for Couples & Students!

Carlton is probably one of the Best Inner-City Suburb in Melbourne!

Lots of Designer Brand Shops, Cafes, Restaurants & Cinemas! & is also walking distance from the Victoria Markets, Melbourne University IMAX, & the Shopping Malls at the Melbourne CBD (e.g. Melbourne Central, QV etc.).

A great suburb for Couples & Students as this place is a another great Choice for me to live in Melbourne!

Manning is probably the best Suburb in the South Perth Shire & is my 4th Preference for living in WA!

Great Transport Options (Canning Train & Bus Station, 25 Minute Drive to Fremantle down Canning Highway, 25 Minute Drive to the Domestic Airport down the Canning & Great Eastern Highways & to the International Airport down Leach Highway), Schooling Options (Manning PS, Como PS, Curtin PS, Collier PS & Como Secondary College) & Shopping Options (Welwyn Avenue Shops (Containing a Butcher, Baker, Pharmacy, Bottle Shop, Post Office, Fruit & Veg, IGA and a Clothing store), Waterford Plaza, Garden City Booragoon & Riverton Forum), Leisure & Recreation Options (Riverton Leisureplex, Geroge Burnett Leisure Centre & Park, Challenger Park, Sandon Park & James Miller Oval).

Great for

  • Close to Western Australia's Best Myer Store.
  • Plenty of Parks & Reserves.
  • Close to Freeway
  • Close to River
  • Good schools

Carramar is Probably the best Suburb North of Perth.

Great Schooling Options! Wanneroo SHS, St Stephens School, Lake Joondalup Baptist College, Carramar Primary School, Tapping Primary School, Kinross College, Neerabup Primary School, Spring Hill Primary School.

Great Shopping Options which features Woolworths, Fast Food Outlets such as Chicken Treat & Subway & a 24 Hour Jetts Gym Centre & Lakeside Joondalup which features a large selection of shops & dining options is located only 5 Minutes away from Carramar.

Great for

  • Basic amenities

Not great for

  • Needs a Tavern

Probably the Best Suburb South of Perth and my 5th Preference for living in Perth!

Close to everything! With 3x Secondary School Options (Rossmoyne SHS, Leeming SHS & Willetton SHS), 2x Private School Option (All Saints College & Corpus Christi College, Bateman) & 2x Primary School Options (Oberthur Primary School & Bull Creek Primary School).

Parks & Reserves are at John Creaney Park, Piney Lakes Reserve (Winthrop) & Burrendah Park (Willetton) with Medical facillties at St John of God Hospital, Fiona Stanley Hospital, Perfect Transport options which is Close to Kwinana Freeway between Leach Highway & South Street, a 20 Minute Drive down to Fremantle on either Leach Highway or South Street & a 25 Minute Drive to the Domestic & International Airports down either Roe Highway or Leach Highway & the Bull Creek & Murdoch Train Stations are not far.

Great Shopping avaliable at Garden City Booragoon (Featuring Western Australia's Best Myer Store & a David Jones Store), Stockland Bull Creek (Featuring Target & a Few Fast Food Outlets) & Southlands Boulevard (Featuring Coles, Woolworths, lots of Fast Food Outlets & a Cinema).

Sylvania seems to be one of the Best Suburbs in the Sutherland Shire & in Sydney. Because The Shopping & Entertainment Options are Wonderful there & It is Close to Everything!

For all your Shopping convenience theres Southgate Sylvania which Contains a 24 Hour Kmart, AMF Bowling, Coles & Woolworths whilst the Large Miranda Fair Contains Myer, David Jones & a Large Selection of Shops & Caringbah Contains Bunnings, Freedom, Good Guys, Harvey Norman, JB HI FI, Fantastic Furniture & a lot more Electrical, Whitegoods & Furniture Stores.

The Suburb is only a 12 Minute Drive Away from Cronulla Beach, It Feature 3 Schools (Sylvania Heights Public School, Sylvania High School, Sylvania Public School), the Tom Uglys Bridge at Horse Rock Point & links Sylvania north to Blakehurst, in the St George area & is only a 25 Minute Drive Down the Road on the Princes Highway from the Sydney Airport.

This Suburb is a 2nd Choice for Me to live in Sydney!

Wattle Grove features good Housing with Private Estates, Down the Road from Lesmurdie Falls, Located near Westfield Carousel featuring one of Perth's Premier Movie Destinations (Hoyts Carousel) featuring LA Premiere, Imax & 13 Screens, Near Great Schools like Lesmurdie Senior High School, Woodlupine, Forrestfield & Wattle Grove Primary Schools, Hartfield Park & Forrestfield AFL & Cricket Clubs.

  • Located Near One of Perth's Premier Shopping & Movie Destinations
  • Schools

"A Great Suburb."

Another Preference & A Great Suburb with all Facilities & Amenities with Major Shopping Centres Nearby such as Garden City & Carousel & also has good Cafe Strips on Mends Street & in Karawara. Located where Perth's Zoo, Wesley & Penhros Secondary Schools are, near the Como Hotel, Where the Ferry Heads to from Barrack Street Jetty & the Foreshore.

Great for

  • Near Shopping Centres featuring Department Stores
  • Cafe Strips
  • Proximity to the city, river, ocean and transport

Not great for

  • No Sizzler Restaurants Nearby.
