You can search for whatever you need in Epping. Train, bus, supermarket, restaurant, cinema, Costco, Bunnings etc. I can't name them all here. Multicultural, quiet and safe suburb. Traffic is good with High St, Dalton Rd and M80.

Why tram? just slow everyone down. Tram should only work in CBD. Epping is perfect. You got everything here. Hospital, Costco, Bunnings, supermarket, OW, TGG, cinema, Aldi, what else it does not have. Riverlee development is coming https://newepping.com.au/ ...Epping will be a great place to live in the future. Convenient with Bus, regular trains to city.
