"Convenient lifestyle near Mornington's best amenities"

Mornington is the heart of the Mornington Peninsula. Residents indulge in the many shops on their door step with ease of transportation and proximity to some of the areas best attractions. The suburb boasts a renowned Yacht Club, nearby park, popular beaches, Beleura Hill, Main St and popular schools including recently developed Mornington Primary School and Padua College. The main shopping strip is gorgeously tree lined with a view of the bay at the end of the street. Mornington has a variety of shopping centre precincts including Mornington Central, Peninsula Home, Bentons Square Shopping Centre and the newly built Home Consortium Shopping Centre on Mornington-Tyabb Rd. The area has a total of 7 supermarkets to choose from and a variety of other popular retail names on offer. The area is undergoing a massive transformation with a variety of new contemporary townhouses being built in replace of older brick houses. The suburb also offers other housing due to its diverse range of living styles. For example, 4 storey apartments are common towards the beach end of Main St and provide bay views. Beleura Hill however retains its exclusive appeal by being home to mostly large properties with views of the bay. The area's proximity to the popular Golf Course also adds to the appeal. Overall, the bayside suburb is the most ideal location on the Mornington Peninsula and it is clear to see why it is so popular.
