Port Lincoln

"EASILY THE BEST PORT TOWN IN SA"

If you haven't been there you really have missed out. Fishing is unbelievable, sandy beaches just outside of town, shark cage, 50 min on a plane to Adelaide, farming areas inland that are really scenic. Unfortunately the crowd that comes in from Ceduna and Port Augusta does not do any favours for Port Lincoln. At one stage had more millionaires per capita than anywhere in Australia, and you can really appreciate the scenic beauty of Port Lincoln as you drive in from the east, million dollar views and mansions to match.

Port Augusta

"A Hole"

I have worked around Australia, which also includes Pt Augusta. The place is a hole, someone on here tried to compare Pt Augusta with Pt Lincoln...Lincoln craps all over "Porta Gutter". Pt Augusta has many social issues with the usual suspects. I would rate it as bad as elizabeth in Adelaide as a comparison for those that have never been out to Pt Augusta. If you like the outback its a handy town to pop into, thats it.

North Haven

"A cheap beach option surrounded by shite suburbs"

Not an impressive suburb, it is really a budget suburb. Taperoo, port adelaide around the corner. My Uncle was broken into multiple times, had his car stolen and moved in 2016. Australia dr North haven. Maybe ok for an investment but i wouldn't live there.

Lived here for a number of years no issues - Every suburb has a close proximity to an undesirable suburb in most case -
Taperoo is now changing with new housing developments popping up daily

Obviously not from or knowledge of the area.
North haven is great place to live.

Lived here since 1998 no issues as you describe.

Clearly PhilCrist is just using this forum to let Vent a little - not helpful

emmaj8

Not representative of the people who live and can comment on the area ! The majority of suburbs have an area that is undesirable in close proximity (when driving)

Woodside

"Adelaide Hills I love, Woodside and Hahndorf are my favourites!"

Love going for drives to the Hills, Woodside is such a lovely part of the Adelaide Hills, would like to buy there at some stage but the realestate is expensive.
