"Peaceful, quiet and family friendly suburb."
Derrimut is a great suburb for families! Massive open spaces, Underground power lines, tall tree lined streets and quality public parks. State primary school and private primary school. It's well connected to the rest of the state by public transport bus stops throughout the suburb and trains via Deer Park (Vline) and Sunshine (Metro) only 10 minutes away. Short drive to the freewway that links the western ring Rd, Princess freewway and the West Gate freewway. Only 23 km to the CBD by car.

"A beautiful leafy suburb close to nature."
Helensvale has everything, beautiful surrounds, an abundance of wildlife and everything you need close by.
It's a nice leafy suburb which is well positioned in the northern end of the the Gold Coast.
It's close enough to get to the beaches via the light rail and equally close to the get to the the Brisbane city centre. It's also located close to the beautiful hinterlands.

Discovery drive is closer to the M1 and the new to be constructed Coomera connecter may by a possible reason.
Is it a pretty safe suburb? We are moving from nsw at the end of the year?
