Mooroolbark
"Run down suburb"
Mooroolbark station is very dangerous and the main streets of Mooroolbark are very scummy. Not a nice suburb.. I feel unsafe in Mooroolbark. So many hoons & druggies.

- Unsafe at night

"A town out of town"
Great for
- Beautiful houses
- Laurimar
- Strong community
- Great mix of young and old that are community spirited
- The existing and planned infrastructure is terrific and eliminates the need to go too far
- Urban development with a distinct country feel
- Good access to parks
- Lovely recreation areas
Not great for
- Needs more trees on Yan Yean Road
- Traffic congestion

Must be horrible being in the minority. Still can't get that house at the price you want tj80. LOL!
