Donald Street is a lovely street perched high and looking over the town of Nelson Bay and the d'Albora marina.
There are a mixture of apartments and homes in the street with many of the apartments enjoying water views out across the bay, it’s also a 2 minute walk to the shops and everything that Nelson Bay has to offer.
Highly recommended!

Kitchener Avenue Earlwood is an excellant example of suburban family living close to the C.B.D.
It is a gorgeous tree lined street comprising of modest Californian bungalows and re developed larger 2 storey mansions that command prices well in excess of 1 million dollars.
Close to Earlwood “village” shopping you can walk to all amenities in 5 minutes, Home owners in this street are extremely house proud, take a drive along this wide street and notice the lovely gardens and immaculate exteriors of the majority of the homes in what is my favourite street in Earlwood.
Unlike other exclusive streets that are either on a hill or undulating land Kitchener avenue is a wide level street in a high location.

Penshurst is a sleepy little suburb located right beside Hurstville CBD and Mortdale.
There is a long shopping strip located in the heart of town and the Penshurst railway station at the end.
Penshurst has a high concentration of residential unit buildings making the area an affordable price to buy, and being so close to the capital of the St George district in Hurstville it is a popular choice for young working professionals.

Only a 10 minute drive will take you to the bayside suburbs and beaches as well as the cafe lifestyle that has proven so popular in recent times.

Stoddart street runs of Moorefield’s road and provides easy access to the M5 motorway (two turns and your there)
only footsteps to popular Roselands Centro shopping centre and Canterbury hospital.
Stoddart street comes under Canterbury council, but is so central that a 5minute drive will take you to the capital of the St George district in Hurstville.
Stoddart street provides above average size blocks of land and most dwellings are modest family homes.
Over the last 5 years (2009) there has been considerable development done in this street with alot of older style fibro homes being replaced by brand new substantial larger ones.
Stoddart street also borders Kingsgrove so there are shops , schools , and amenities in every direction you turn
Stoddart Street Roselands is the perfect family orientated street with everything you need at your finger tips!

Fraters Avenue Sans Souci extends along "Sandringham Bay" and "Cook Park", and is located right beside Captain Cook bridge.
Along this pleasant stretch you will find large scale million dollar homes, more modest family homes, luxury townhouses, semis and even unit blocks, there is something for everybody in Fraters Avenue.
Renamed Fraters avenue, it’s the top half of “Riverside Drive” that meets “Rocky Point Road”, it provides water views across the bay and is considered a more affordable option compared to “Riverside Drive” and other locations, probably because of it’s proximity to the noisy main road, but that said Fraters Avenue also provides central locality to all major Sans Souci attractions, the beach, recreation parks, Sans Souci Sailing club, shops, schools, transport etc...

Kendall Street Sans Souci would best be described as “Green” of course the main reason for that is “Kendall Street Reserve” located a the top end nearing Rocky Point Road.
With wide open spaces, beautiful parklands and a natural water course, ducks and other wildlife congregate in this lush and peaceful park, the street includes a mixture of houses and villa homes so modest bayside living is in your reach we this marvellous street.
Only the second last street heading down to “Sandringham Bay” you can walk to the beach and enjoy the warm water or unpack the picnic hamper and relax the day away.

Endeavour Street Sans Souci would have to be one of the best streets in the suburb.
Placed right along side the waters edge, this street is a glamour and the homes match!
Everything you will ever need is provided at your door step whether it be St Finbars Catholic School, Sans Souci shopping village, public transport, St George motor boat club and many other amenities.
The street provides similar lifestyle opportunities compared to more “Expansive” Streets with out the huge price tag.
Endeavour street runs between “Rocky Point Road” and the ever popular “The Boulevard” .

Soult street Sans Souci just has to be seen to be believed!
There are only 2 homes in this street, it is the tiniest Cul de sac in the area and runs of popular Napoleon Avenue.
There are the most beautiful park lands at the end of the street with a walk way that features a bridge crossing, you would be excused for thinking you were in an enchanting old style country town until you exit the street and are hit with 180 degree water views of Sandringham Beach.
Now of course homes don’t become available to buy very often in Soult street, when you have such a tranquil setting close to everything least of all the beach and only 2 homes in the whole street, you will be waiting decades to buy into this one!

This is a review for Sandringham Street that runs off Rocky Point Road, not the prestigious Sandringham Street that runs off Carruthers Drive.

Sandringham street is a busy road that bends to the left at the end and changes its name to “The Grand Parade”
Here you will find a collection of modest homes located by the bay, including original fibro homes, smaller brick homes, villa’s and other affordable housing.
You can buy a decent family home on this main road for under $700,000 (as of 2009) and for your money you get the beachside lifestyle at an affordable price.
You will also find an average 3 Bedroom villa for under $500,000 (as of 2009)
And a 2 bedder under $450,000.

McMillan avenue provides Some of the best apartment living on the peninsular.
Some of the best apartment blocks provide water and parkland views, McMillan Avenue also holds Million dollar mansions.
McMillan Avenue has provided me with some fantastic results over the last 12 months, i have sold homes and units all for outstanding prices.
Buyers love McMillan Avenues feel, walk to cherish cafe and enjoy the areas best coffee then head back home and take the kids to the park or beach at the end of the street.

Only footsteps to sailing club and water sport activities.

Clareville Avenue, is simply a super street, drive to the end and visit the beach, only one street back from famous “Cook Park Water Front”,
You can choose between smaller modest homes and grand mansions.
Providing all the comforts of home Clareville avenue’s only traffic are from locals and visitors as it is not a through fare.
My real estate office is on the corner of Clareville avenue and Russell avenue and I have been involved in many recent “High end” sales along the street.
I can highly recommend Clareville avenue to any prospective buyer for its atmosphere, outlook, quality dwellings and polite friendly neighbours whom I personally know many of.

Norwood Avenue Sandringham, is located in a select pocket in the exclusive suburb of Sandringham.
Only 300 metres (Approx) to the beach, Norwood Ave provides a lifestyle and investment that rarely presents itself in the Sydney real estate market.
Here you’ll find beautiful contemporary family homes, that are extremely well cared for by there owners and on modest size blocks of land.
It’s an easy walk to Sandringham beach, so you can swim and picnic all day on a lazy Sunday and then walk home.
Norwood Avenue runs between Clareville Ave and Waldron Street so if you would like to read a bit more about the surrounding area you can refer to my reviews on these two streets!
Norwood Ave will provide you with a safe and sound investment, lifestyle and affordability in an exclusive beachside locale.

Norman Avenue, Dolls Point is a quiet little street that runs between Russell Avenue and Gannon Ave.
Comprising mostly apartments and a couple modest family homes the street is popular with 1st home buyers for its affordability and closeness to public transport, beaches and Peter Depena Reserve.
You can buy a reasonable 2 Bedroom unit here for under $400,000 and when you consider, it’s only 500metres (Approx) to the beach the street provides for quality Bayside living for a fraction of the usual price.

Waldron street at Sandringham is one of my favourite streets, it’s so quiet here you can here a pin drop!
At the end of the street the pristine waters of Sandringham bay provide for a most alluring back drop, and it’s not just the water, with wide open spaces all round ,you might as well be in a quiet country town but by the beach!
Waldron street is home to many considerable million dollar mansions and modest family homes, no units or villas.
The neighbours are so friendly I’m often stopped here while visiting someone I know for a friendly chat about the market and other sales I’ve made.
With natural flora and fauna all around you, this street provides the “it” factor, if I ever get the opportunity I to one day will live alongside my friends in Waldron Street, Sandringham.

Griffiths Street Sans Souci runs off Napoleon street and contains a mixture of modest family homes, larger two storey homes and villas.
Only 1 minute drive down to the local beach, shopping strip, schools, public transport, cafes and eateries.
Century 21 Bayside has a very warm affiliation with this street having sold 4 homes here in less then a year.
I personally have just set a new record for the street ,with a very run down original home in desperate need of renovation on an average size block of land selling for $700,000. (Land value only)
Griffiths street is located in the eastern pocket of Sans Souci which I spoke about in my review of the suburb as being more affordable and in my opinion the next big mover in terms of capital growth.

Napoleon street sans souci has two ends, the highly sort after southern end which leads to Sandringham beach and provides tourists with picnic grounds, kids have access to playgrounds, swimming baths are in walking distance, great fishing etc.
The northern end leads up to busy Sandringham road and is more affordable while providing a similar lifestyle.

All in all a great place to live

Riverside Drive at Sandringham Beach and Sans Souci, is an exclusive stretch of road that runs along the peninsular and provides amazing water views.
This is the street across the road from spectacular Sandringham Beach!!!!
Homes along this street are large, owners build two storey homes to take maximum advantage of the views across to towra island.
Nothing under a million dollars here, visitors come from all over Sydney to sit at the public undercover seating and eat there picnic lunches against the ideal setting of blue water.
I’ve driven along this stretch thousands of times and I regularly see bus tourist groups parked, and capturing the splendid setting or going for a swim on the beach.
The marina is only around the corner to ,so get used to seeing boats of all kinds sail past.
Riverside drive is very tightly held, you don’t get many opportunity’s to live in this street so if you are in the market to buy and have come across a property in Riverside drive that you like and can afford, jump on it!!

WOW! Vanston Parade one of the best water front streets in the southern suburbs, the street is opposite Cook Park you can cross the road and swim at the beach, the homes in this street are a mixture of smaller older style homes and grand multi million dollar mansions.
All the homes in this street enjoy beach views so the lucky owners need never leave there home to go on holiday, Vanston Parade is the pinnacle of bayside living.
If you get a chance, visit Vanston Parade and take a packed lunch with you, Council has provided tables and chairs to picnic while the kids swim safely in the area’s famous “Sandringham baths” a partitioned off portion of beach.

Gannon avenue Dolls Point, provides a mix of apartments and modest family homes.
2009 has seen for enormous growth in unit prices, Expect to pay between $380,000 - $410,000 for a modest 2 Bedroom unit.
Gannon avenue provides its occupants with the beach side lifestyle, running parallel with Russell avenue its only a stones throw to Peter Depenna reserve and golden sandy swimming beach.
Take a stroll along Cook Park (Waterfront) and witness first hand the friendly nature as locals smile and wish you a great day.
