Been living here for the past 5 years and couldn't recommend the place enough. Its quiet, safe and shops are around the corner. With a range of different amenities such as the gym, pool, tennis courts, golf course, parks etc. within the estate, it has something for everyone! A private security force that patrols the area 24/7 gives it that extra safety.

Been living in Sanctuary Lakes (Point Cook) for the past 5 years and its been an absolute delight. Apart from a few roads (Point Cook Road and Palmers, which is currently being upgraded, to name a few) which suffer from serious traffic congestion during peak times and a lack of schools (saying that, there is two new schools being built) its an excellent suburb to raise a family in with arange of different shopping options, good access to public transport and safe. Couldn't be happier here and with the current/future projects that is in sight for the area, it can only get better!
