I would say someone who is passionate about helping you sell your property and that they are motivated.
Understanding the local area and knowledge of recent comparable sales.
Most importantly, Communication - I think the best agents communicate the good and bad news around the process of the sale, they want to make sure they handle your expectations and deliver on what they have promised. Having to chase up your agent after OFI's and getting feedback can be very frustrating.
The best agents receive great reviews and manage to have repeat clients due to building a great relationship from day 1!
