I've been connected with Atul and his team at AB Properties since I purchased the property back in 2017. Since then, Atul and his team have been incredibly helpful in managing my property from tenant requests, repairs, and fulfilling new leases. Atul was inredibly responsive during my recent leasing during the COVID environment which has presented challenging circumstances. Patience is finding quality tenants has been invaluable and minimised headaches in the long-term. I would recommend Atul for any landlord that wants high quality, repsonsive customer service that is reasonable in balancing needs of landlords and tenants!
