I am very happy with the level of service from my property manager Breanna Hall from Ray White Cranbourne. I am a foreign owner of the property and it is not unexpected that my bills relating to the property has to be handled by the appointed manager, deducting necessary bills from rental received and at the same time keeping me informed before hand any payments to expect in the next month's statement. Well, my previous management company (appointed by developer) did not do that. I was slapped with a court order for non payment and had to pay a hefty penalty and this company just happily took them out from my rental income, not acknowledging their mistake nor taking responsibility on the penalty sum. To my biggest relief, the management of my same property is now under the care of Breanna Hall. I am now better informed, bills are handled and copied to me, and I get timely statements every month. I also note that there are regular inspection on my property so this gives me as a foreign owner a peace of mind. Definitely Ray White Cranbourne upholds a high level of professionalism. Thank you.

The best real estate agents to deal with:) Especially Breanna as they go out of their way. The "only" real Estate you can bank on. Would love to refer them to my friends & family. They just go out of their way and try and help you as much as possible. The amount of times they do follow ups is so great, that i have never come across in any industry. Breanna Hall has been our property manager and my partner and i could not be any more impressed. We have had some pretty questionable experiences. Breanna is the most efficient, straight to it property manager that i have come across. She is so proactive and productive and can achieve so much in such little time. Hopefully many more customers get the pleasure of Breanna. She works so well for everyone. She helps the customers renting and works for both sides which is AMAZING!!! Could not be happier with what she can achieve and her approach , FIVE STARS!!!! Could not believe the turn around she can do!!! Thank you Breanna again!! Very great full!!

I dealt with Breanna Hall from the very beginning with this agency and I have found her to be very helpful, prompt in her response and going out of her way to assist. I have since been given other RW's staff to assist me but I have always gone back to Breanna each time I need some urgent matters addressed.
