I am a very happy vendor, as my Property was sold by Harpreet Walia achieving the price more than what I was expecting. It is very important to have a good agent who can look after your interest, this I learnt hard way by going with a different agent who neither put effort in advertising the property nor got many buyers through for inspection. After wasting first 3 months I moved to Harpreet Walia and from Day 1 his response was excellent, he had Professional photos taken (which were a lot better than before) but also he got the house plan drawn up in order for buyers to get a better understanding of the property. I was amazed how Harpreet got more than 50 plus Buyers through for inspection in no time and even though I had constraints on my property he got it sold at a very good price, I would definitely recommend anyone and everyone to give Harpreet a call first before going with other agents as I am sure that Harpreet will be able to get a better price than any other agent.
