"Very responsible and customer-oriented"
Michael is the most responsible and customer-oriented real estate agent we have ever met. When we first approached Michael, we knew we wanted to build a house but were not sure where to start. It was difficult to find a piece of land that could tick all our boxes, including proximity to the city centre, jobs and airports; walking distance to the train station and amenities; north/west facing orientation; flat land; a balance of good capital gain and rental yield; and the absence of land restrictions and hazards such as an easement and flood. Michael patiently provided us with numerous house and land packages, and even drove us around to look at different land estates, until we finally bought a piece of land at a good location. Due to our high requirements on building and customised design, negotiating with the builder was challenging. Michael sat down with us every day for two months to discuss and adjust every single aspect of our house plan. To facilitate communication with the builder, Michael went out of his way to draw floor plans and source information and photos for us, to ensure that we were really satisfied before signing the building contract. We had heard so many people's home building turning into nightmares, so we took extra steps of precautions and required a huge amount of time from our agent and builder. Michael has been really understanding and placed our needs above everything else. Thank you, Michael for your helpful guidance and endless support throughout our dream home building journey. We can't wait to share the joy of our home completion with you.

"Outstanding and Caring"
Our first home purchase was a difficult and stressful process due to long delays and lack of communications with the vendor's solicitor. Luckily, Michael was very prompt, helpful and supportive the whole time. Michael's outstanding service has compensated for the difficulties that we had gone through up until settlement completion time. Michael has gone beyond and above throughout the whole purchase process, just to make sure that we were happy. He has patiently answered every single question and was willing to do all he could to accommodate us and to satisfy our needs. My partner and I highly recommend Michael for any property purchase.
