During my time with Greg Hocking, my property manager Rebecca was always super helpful, professional and always made each engagement with her a pleasure. Rebecca is kind in her execution, agile to meet her clients needs and never made me feel like I was just a "renter". Rebecca is truly a leader in her field and I was extremely lucky to have crossed paths with this brilliant woman as my property manager. Finding an agent that is responsive, kind, professional, agile and so much more is a rarity, I am glad to say I found all that & so much more in Rebecca!

I wholeheartedly recommend Rebecca Simoni from a tenants perspective. I'm a first time renter and Rebecca has been incredible! She is polite, understanding and exceeds all expectations. I feel comfortable approaching her at any time and when I have reached out for what seems to be a novel issue, Rebecca has been phenomenal and patient, ensuring I have a full understanding of the situation. I cannot give her enough praise!

We just had a changeover and were given a new property manager. Rebecca Simoni has been amazing. She not only responds promptly, but is incredibly helpful and thorough. She assisted us quickly to get the help that we needed and was so encouraging and understanding. I wish we had her sooner! Thank you Rebecca.

Rebecca Simoni is absolutely my favourite agent! Bec has worked tirelessly to help me find a property the last three times I have had to move... even after I had been through other agents! She remembers that I need a bigger master bedroom to fit my furniture, and space for my son to play. Bec will always be my first call when looking for a property!

I really really appreciate Rebecca Simoni for reducing my rent for one month during this pandemic. I cant pay the rent during COVID-19, so I requested to the property manager (Rebeca Simoni) for a reduced rent. She gave me really positive feedback and reduced my rent for the month. I am really happy for her positive response, she is great, she understand the situation of the tenant. Thanks once again Rebecca!
