Workers at the Bay Street site, between Graham and Rouse Streets, found the fault in the half-metre-thick slab about 3.30pm yesterday, a Metropolitan Fire Brigade spokeswoman said.

Has anyone been directly affected by this? Can the shops take action over lost revenue?
