How safe is it to travel on the Belgrave train line?

I believe it is quite safe as the train line travels through quite affluent suburbs such as Surry Hills, Mont Albert, Mitcham, Glenferrie, Hawthorn an other that are similar. Across Melbourne, i believe this train line would be one of the better choices and more safe then others.

completely safe. I know Belgrave has a bit of a dodgy name attached to it but by my experience living here all my life, it is very safe.
