Depending on where you're looking in the Castro, a one bedroom would generally cost anywhere between $2000-$5000. You *might* get lucky and find something on the smaller side for around $1800-$1900. But generally it would b between $2K-$5K depending on the amount of space, the building, and the where in the neighborhood.
