Reviews of Doncaster Place, Forest Lake

"Friendly Street and Presentable"

Doncaster Place is quiet most of the time. Being a cul-de-sac is a great bonus because you only ever get local or lost people traffic. The blocks of land in this street would be predominately 700m2 or more. Late in the afternoon I have oftenly seen neighbours out on the lawns talking to each other. As you can see from the map, it is very close to one of Creekwood's large parks. This park has a playground for the children or the young at heart, a pond where "yabbies" can be caught and a covered area with seating surrounded by quite a presentable garden; which I personaly know is upkept by a resident at Doncaster Place. How many Parks do you see with a Rose Garden.
