Reviews of Frederick Street, Annerley
"Great place to call home"
Love Annerley. Love proximity to city, ease of living and the fact that it is a hidden gem yet to be truely discovered so prices are still very reasonable--both renting and buying. Also love the fact that restaurants featured in international and national travel magazines are just a short stroll away. It is a safe suburb that is welcoming and friendly. I have lived here for a few years and have never had a bad experience! I also love the fact that it is one of the few suburbs that is easily accessible to pretty much every major university in Brisbane including UQ, QUT and Griffith Uni. Not many suburbs can make that type of claim.

Looking for a home in Frederick Street?
"Quiet suburban street."
A quiet street. Very handy for the CBD, Clem 7, motorway and public transport. New Woolies due by the end of the year will improve the shopping options. Big Coles less than five minutes away. A mix of classic Queenslanders and colonial houses and new units.

"The perfect street for anyone who wants tranquillity"
Found this street really convenient to nearby transport and train station and to your local shopping centre just for grocery shopping and fast food joints. It's also a quiet street if you are looking for tranquillity and the neighbouring houses are well kept. Definitely guarantees a well looked after home.
