is kariong good to place to buy a property

We have lived in Kariong for 4 years on Belsham Drive. We are good friends with about 7 neighbour houses immediately around us. We love the Christmas street parties and how the neighbourhood kids hop between pools and all play outside. People on our street share baking, plant cuttings and tips on how to best achieve the perfect front lawn. We hire our own local Kariong teens to mow grass, babysit and dog sit. Everyone really takes care of each other on our street and I absolutely love living here.

Neighbours pass over baking and plant cuttings and the guys share tools and advice on how to grow the perfect lawn . People hire each others kids to babysit, dog sit and mow lawns when they are away. Living on Belsham is bliss...no wonder so many people say it is one of the best streets in Kariong.

Relatively expensive now.
Its a pleasant suburb but lacks any decent restaurants.
You are only 6 mins from centre of Gosford which is booming all of a sudden.
Plenty of Restaurant there.
Only 15 mins to Umina and loads of great places on the peninsular.
