Dodgy unethical business! Tried them out with a $29 groupon for a Cut, Blow-Dry and Conditioning. Received a rude shock at the end when Natalie the sole hairdresser who owns the shop with her brother, charges me $25 for so called hair "reshaping". No where is this mentioned in the groupon fine print or at any point during the haircut. I did not see her do anything different apart from giving a haircut that any other hairdresser would and I certainly should have been asked permission on whether I wanted to receive this miraculous "reshaping" including a full price disclosure. This is not only unethical but illegal and I will be reporting this to the ACCC. I gave them a chance and I will not be going back.

Please also be wary of false reviews on their Facebook page as they pressure customers into leaving reviews while they are receiving their hair treatments in the shop.

Hi could you please contact me to discuss this as she is absolute scammer. I will also be reporting her and would like to know more about your situation and outcome.

Hi lilab1 sorry you also had to go through this. What was your experience like? In my case, I have reported it to Fair Trading NSW to issue a written caution to the business advising them of their mandatory obligation to price disclosure. This is what I had requested and Fair Trading took timely action in resolving this. I did not want the money back as small change was not an issue, but rather that the principle of it was wrong. Obviously, I also informed Groupon of this issue who attempted to investigate it further by correspondence with the vendor. However Cabello / Natalie Ayash gave Groupon a false account of the events including that she had made full price disclosure when she hadn't and that I was a happy customer when I left the shop when I clearly wasn't. Anyone who has been scammed should speak up about this by advising Groupon and Fair Trading NSW to put pressure on businesses to do the right thing.

You can find the complaint lodgement form for Fair Trading NSW here: https://www.cas.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au/icmspublicweb/forms/GeneralForm.html
