It gets busy but still not too bad. The main issue is actually the noise created by traffic especially if you live near a slope when vehicles are accelerating to get over it. The buses can be extremely loud due to this. Best to not live in houses with bedrooms near the front, unless there's good noise insulation.

Yes traffic has grown in Reynolds rd as main arterie through my pleasant and brentwood especially peak hours 8-9 and 3-6pm.
