When is the NBN coming to Narre Warren?

The rollout into Narre Warren isn't in plan until at least 2016. Normally the NBN is prioritised according to need, and also from the vigor of political lobbying. It was likely that whoever was the candidate in Narre Warren felt that this issue was not a priority. It is probably a shame given that 1. some people in the district are stuck with 1.5Mbps ADSL speeds, and 2. adjacent districts who have the option of 20Mbps ADSL speeds and cable are in said rollout plans.
