Any longer term residents living in or around Primerose Ave find council treats the area like dirt ? Talking about the rubbish that blows into fence at rail, noticed council throws handful of mulch down, but wouldn't pick up a scrap, but bet London to a brick, rubbish wouldn't have time to hit the ground across the road in timber top and or should it, but fairs fair look after this side of hwy
