Is there any streets / areas to avoid in this suburb?

Is there any streets / areas to avoid in this suburb? Very sensitive to noise. I'm moving from QLD with very loud traffic and harley riders to Perth for uni and need peace and quiet to be able to concentrate during uni.... and want to feel safe.
