As a investor Officer properties have reached its peak. The rental return is very poor.
1 More owners as a percentage to renters.
2 Recently lot of crime in the area.
3 Multiple cars causing the streets to be jammed and un safe.
4 Nature strip parking though not legal , lots of cars and trailers are seem on it.
5 Nothing for teenagers to do, nearest Fountain Gate 20 minutes Drive.

I see area deteriating by land lord overcrowding by room let.
So investing is a risk in the area.
The price of houses average $645000, maximum rent $525, Do your maths.
