North Maclean

"Fabulous Acreage in Growth Corridor"

North Maclean is located south of Munruben. It is a great place for people looking for a bit of a change of lifestyle into acreage living. Relatively close to both Browns Plains and Jimboomba town centres this is a leafy and quiet suburb that neighbours the Logan River. Great prices for fantastically fertile land, give it a shot and see the potential.

"The Future is Here :)"

With the Mt Lindesay Highway upgrade and the start of the Master Planned Area Park Ridge is the place to be. Located 30 kilometres away from the Brisbane CBD. This is a strategically positioned suburb with loads of potential.

Logan City Council has a vision for the Park Ridge Master Planned Area (MPA) to develop as integrated, sustainable urban communities and employment areas, catering for a population of about 30,000 people, and providing up to 8,000 jobs by 2026.

It will feature urban communities offering diverse housing options, as well as a full range of community facilities, to ensure each community is well serviced with essential infrastructure and can function effectively as it develops. Contemporary and innovative design features will make the most of the natural assets of the area, ensuring the Park Ridge MPA is a desirable place to live.

Great place to live, rest and play. Friendly neighbours, great community spirit, beautiful looking homes, all within a throw of great facilities like the the 17 million dollar "Logan Metro Sports Centre", Grand Plaza Shopping Centre, Village Square, and Logan Motorway. Boronia Heights

"Family Friendly Suburb"

Boronia Heights is ideally located within a few minutes of Grand Plaza Shopping Centre. With plenty of shops of its own and with a healthy public transport system, this is an attractive, leafy quiet suburb with lots of schools and childcare facilities as well as parks. The median price of this suburb is very affordable. It has a good mixture of established and new homes. Check it out :)

"Close enough to everything"

Hillcrest is surrounded by great suburbs (Regents Park, Boronia Heights, Forestdale and Browns Plains). It is very close to the Logan Motorway, and the Brisbane CBD. Within a stone's throw of Grand Plaza Shopping Centre and the Greenbank RSL club, this is a family friendly suburb with affordable prices that suit first home buyers, investors, and upgrading home owners.
This is a great place to live!

Browns Plains

"Great Infrastructure, Great prices, Great Location"

Located 24 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD Browns Plains is a great suburb with lots of affordable homes and a growing infrastructure and facilities. There's lots of commercial opportunities and there has been many job creation projects in the area (eg. the cold storage for Coles off Johnson road).
With Grand Plaza Shopping Centre, and a transport hub this is a very well located suburb.
