Bought a house in Lynton Court which is an older part of Blakeview, house was built in the 90s.

I have zero complaints or regrets about buying here. Have nice quiet neighbours and haven’t experienced anything bad at all.

I would definitely recommend doing your research as Blakeview seems to have a few distinct areas some with more problems than others apparently.

I’m guessing there was no provision for social housing when these older parts were built so that’s why we don’t seem to have any of the issues described by others regarding Blake’s crossing area.

Just my honest two cents worth, not trying to sell my house any time soon.
