Fact: there are more than 5 housing estates in Trentham, 1 Gunyah, 2 Groves St, 3 Mulcays Rd, 4 Blue Mount Rd, 5 Falls Rd etc. And there have been new developments in just about every street in Trentham. And there are current property developments including Market St, Victoria St, Albert St, High St etc etc. These developments/housing are very easy to see, all one has to do is open their eyes when driving or walking around or view the permits online. That's a lot of housing for Trentham, a small country town of a population 1,180 . There are big, large, larger blocks in other regional housing estates.
