Spalding Crescent

"Best street to live in, walk to everything."

This is best location to live in. It's off Alice road. Very quite location, with park and childcare just at the door steps.
You can leave your car at home and walk to everything. Goodna Train Station and St Ives shopping station is within 15 minutes walking. St Francis Xavier private school is 5 minutes walk. Kaleidoscope Kids Early Learning Centres is just a minute away. St Ives shopping centre has been recently refreshed with new facade. Woolworths, Post Office, 24 hours Fitness gym, Common Wealth Bank, Goodna Family Medical centre (bulked billed - open 7 days) Dominos, McDonald, Hungry Jacks, Super Cheap Auto, Pizza Hut, Cash converters and many more shops, all within walking distant. There is also Goodna Acquatic Swimming center convenient located open 7 days. Very Safe place to live in. Quite affordable rent and cash positive Townhouses for investment.

"Great Suburb to live in for families"

We have lived here for past 10 years. It’s a very centralised location. Just 30 minutes drive or by train to Brisbane CBD and Goodna station is very convenient if you work in city. It is very close to Springfield, Augustine heights and Ripley where most of the development is happening. Orion shopping centre and Robella domain parks (it’s best park with lagoon , water park, and playgrounds and plenty of free parking, kids can have fun all day and Orion shopping is just across the road) are only 15minutes drive.
Goodna has easy access to Ipswich motorway and Logan motorway will take you straight to Gold Coast.
Anyone wanting to get into housing market, this will be place to start. You can still find a townhouse for $200k
There are some decent private schools including St. Francis Xavier with fees just under $2000 per annum. There are many reputed childcare centres around the area.
St Ives shopping centre, redbank plaza and Town centre are the closest shopping centres all within 10 minutes drive.
There are good and bad things about all suburbs but goodna is only highlighted for bad things which is not fair. I have never experienced anything bad myself and people here are very friendly and always happy to help.
I have a work mate who lives in very expensive suburb and have break-ins several times in last 15 years.
