I wouldn't recommend the3 KTC as such but quieter streets back from the centre. Calista is the best kept secret.

What are you kidding?! it might look O.K now.. but hang around there for 5 minutes and the calibar of people is different to anyother place. It's surrounded by housing commition and has multiple degrees of income inequality.
