Noisy apartment neighbours in Port Melbourne? HM@S complex?

I'm adore living in Port Melbourne, and have lived in the apartment complex on Johnston Street for sometime. I've had nothing but great neighbours and never had a single problem. I have heard of a few issues in the HM@S complex however. A friend told me of noise issues beacuse the walls are quite thin? Can anyone back this up?

Has anyone had any problems with their neighbours making too much noise?
